Cybersecurity Awareness Lead (Culture & Training)

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in large, matrix, multinational organizations.
• Strong cybersecurity background.
• Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISM or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient with tools such as AI, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and non-cyber specialists.
• Appetite for innovative digital and pedagogical content.
• Strong reporting and structured documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously in a global environment.

• Define, lead, and execute the Group Cybersecurity Acculturation (Cyber Awareness) strategy and roadmap.
• Design, deploy, and monitor mandatory cybersecurity training programs in partnership with HR and Learning & Development.
• Develop and deliver global cybersecurity awareness campaigns including phishing simulations and engagement activities.
• Own and enhance the Cyber Knowledge Center ensuring alignment with policies, threats, and regulations.
• Lead and coordinate a small international team for delivery, prioritization, and reporting.
• Serve as central coordinator between Group functions, CISOs, HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage cybersecurity awareness suppliers and platforms including vendor selection, onboarding, PoC, contract renewals, and governance.
• Contribute to governance, audit, and compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA.
• Define, monitor, and report Human Factor Cybersecurity KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive cybersecurity culture initiatives including challenges, awareness month, newsletters, internal communications, and engagement programs.
