Senior End-User Support Engineer

• At least 4 years of relevant background in a similar role
• Proficiency in Network Fundamentals and troubleshooting practices to identify and fix connectivity problems
• Solid expertise in Windows Endpoint Administration, including workstation oversight and maintenance
• Good command of IT Service Operations Fundamentals supporting efficient and reliable service delivery
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for device and endpoint administration
• Strong communication talent paired with a results-driven, problem-solving approach
• Keen interest in learning new technology and adapting rapidly to unexpected challenges
• Ability to maintain performance quality in high-pressure or demanding situations
• Intermediate English language ability
• Readiness to follow directives issued by the direct supervisor

Nice to have:

• Experience operating within macOS and Linux environments
• Exposure to Remote Access Tools for providing assistance to systems remotely

• Provide end users on location with a mix of hands-on and remote support services
• Manage the setup and configuration of computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners
• Partner with service providers and network engineers to work through technical issues
• Ensure meeting room equipment remains in good working order through consistent care
• Guarantee tickets are processed according to SLA guidelines and timely response expectations
• Lead software installation initiatives and troubleshoot any related complications
• Handle incident tickets across their entire process, from the initial report to final resolution
• Perform regular maintenance in the server room to ensure dependable equipment function
• Coordinate the organization and upkeep of IT equipment cabling
• Adhere to documented IT Work Instructions when carrying out standard duties
• Ensure hardware inventory records stay precise and regularly updated

This position requires physical presence at the Warsaw office five days a week.
