System Analyst (banking)

The position is at Britenet and involves long-term collaboration within a team developing digital banking solutions for corporate clients at one of the largest banks in Poland. The role covers the full system analysis cycle including feasibility study, process and architecture modeling, and cooperation with development and testing teams during solution implementation.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, economics, or related fields
• Experience working in the banking sector
• Proficient knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Knowledge of requirement elicitation, structuring, and modeling methodologies
• Experience in business modeling using use case techniques and prototyping
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Professionalism, independence, systematic approach, engagement
• Analytical thinking and creativity
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect or Bizagi BPM Modeler
• Knowledge of SQL

• Conduct system feasibility analysis
• Gather, reconcile, and analyze business requirements and prepare business and technical solution recommendations
• Develop concepts and specifications for IT systems, including architecture, interfaces, and processes
• Prepare detailed technical specifications for IT solutions
• Collaborate with developers and testers during the production phase and ensure implementation aligns with documentation
