Release Manager

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Release Manager or in coordinating and managing IT application deployments.
• Practical knowledge of Change Management and release management processes in IT environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple distributed teams.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working under time pressure and reacting effectively to unexpected situations.
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD supporting tools.
• Experience in banking, financial sectors, or large organizations with complex system architecture.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum standards, and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in IT service and project management such as ITIL, Prince2, AgilePM, or DevOps.
• Experience working with solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI).

• Manage the schedule and full lifecycle of releases for banking systems and mobile applications.
• Coordinate and monitor change deployment processes to test and production environments.
• Verify deployment readiness (Go/No-Go) and identify, analyze, and minimize risks related to deployments.
• Ensure security and quality of changes deployed in the IT environment.
• Collaborate closely with development, architecture, QA, infrastructure teams, and business representatives.
• Manage incidents, priorities, and crisis situations during deployment windows.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and post-deployment documentation for management.
