• Minimum 5 years of IT experience including designing application and integration architecture for enterprise-class solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Java (11+) and the Spring Boot ecosystem with JPA/Hibernate technologies.
• Practical experience in designing and developing microservices architecture and systems operating in Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Experience in designing integrations based on REST, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to model solutions using UML and translate business requirements into effective technological solutions.
• Understanding of software quality principles, including testing with JUnit 5 and CI/CD process automation.
• Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments with effective collaboration with product and technology teams.
• Experience in the banking, financial sector, or organizations delivering payment solutions.
• Capability to make architectural decisions, set technical standards, and support teams in strategic technology initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with REST integrations.

• Designing scalable, secure, and highly efficient backend architecture for banking systems and integration platforms.
• Creating and developing architectural standards, reference patterns (ADR), and integration models supporting organizational growth.
• Defining technological development directions and supervising compliance with architectural standards.
• Analyzing business and technical needs and designing solutions meeting financial sector business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders on designing and implementing technological solutions.
• Conducting architectural reviews, technical consultations, and supporting teams in key design decisions.
• Participating in modernization initiatives, digital transformation, and migration to microservices and cloud environments.
• Identifying and reducing technical debt by recommending and implementing modern architectural practices.
• Supporting the organization in fostering a culture of high-quality software, automation, and continuous technological improvement.
• Ensuring architectural consistency and security of solutions in strategically important banking environments.
