Senior Tester Manualny (K/M)

• Experience in software testing and understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Professional experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Higher education degree (mandatory).
• Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, HP QC, UTP, Katalon, or ALM.
• Ability to create test scenarios and cases and analyze test outcomes.
• Practical knowledge of testing methodologies, techniques, and procedures.
• Familiarity with banking and/or brokerage applications.
• ISTQB certification (mandatory).
• Availability to start cooperation with notice period not exceeding 1 month.

• Prepare and execute functional tests for banking and brokerage systems.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Verify application functionality and adherence to specified requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Analyze test results and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams on IT initiatives.
• Participate in creating and updating test and technical documentation.
• Work with internal test teams and external vendors.

The job requires hybrid work with 1 day a week in the office across various cities including Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin, and Szczecin. Remote work is not fully remote (no 100% remote option). Candidates must have a notice period no longer than 1 month to start cooperation. Applications will be processed only for selected candidates.
