Senior Project Manager

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including global strategic project or program management
• Strong project planning and execution skills to translate objectives into structured plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions
• Experience with structured project governance, lifecycle, or phase-gate methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills including working with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Ability to facilitate alignment and ensure timely decisions and progress across multiple stakeholders
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to organize complex information into clear actions, owners, and decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing complex project information into clear updates and decision points
• Proactive and hands-on mindset with strong sense of ownership and ability to anticipate issues and follow through on actions
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and matrix environment
• Fluency in English

• Own day-to-day project management by translating project objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan including schedules, milestones, resources, and workstreams
• Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team ensuring dependencies and handovers are visible and managed
• Track progress against agreed scope, schedule, resources, and quality expectations, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with clear owners and timelines for mitigation
• Escalate topics requiring decisions to the Project Lead or Steering Committee
• Maintain required project management and governance documentation according to the organizational framework
• Coordinate preparation for phase gates including deliverable readiness and Definition of Done
• Establish and maintain project operating cadence, coordinate meetings, and ensure documentation of decisions and actions
• Prepare concise project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions
• Ensure leadership and stakeholders have reliable information for effective decision-making
• Maintain project plans, reports, governance documentation, and consistent use of project management tools and systems
