Wymagania

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, organizational transformation, strategic planning, or roadmap management
Experience working with strategic roadmaps, initiative portfolios, organizational transformation, and governance models
Experience in multi-domain environments including business, technology, and operational areas
Experience collaborating with management, directors, or strategic sponsors
Practical experience building or developing management processes, standards, and models

Build, develop, and maintain strategic, operational, and transformational roadmaps at the organizational level
Synchronize initiatives, projects, programs, and operational activities across business, technology, and delivery areas
Ensure consistency between the organization's strategy, roadmaps, initiative portfolios, and change implementation
Identify dependencies, risks, conflicts, resource overloads, and constraints impacting strategic goals
Group initiatives into strategic programs, change portfolios, and transformation areas
Support prioritization, decision-making, and value assessment processes for initiatives
Analyze the impact of initiatives on organizational goals and monitor progress of strategic outcomes
Facilitate strategic workshops, roadmap meetings, and synchronization sessions between areas
Prepare recommendations, analyses, and materials to support decisions of management and board
Co-create governance models for roadmaps, initiatives, change portfolios, and standards
Develop strategic planning processes and mechanisms to monitor strategy implementation
Collaborate with board, directors, Business Owners, Product Operations Lead, Project Managers, PMO, controlling, architecture, and delivery and Agile teams
Support building an environment enabling effective strategy execution via integration of goals, initiatives, roadmaps, and operational activities
