- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT delivery, System Thinking, Agile, project management, or IT team collaboration.
- Experience coordinating initiatives in environments with multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of software development processes and end-to-end delivery.
- Experience working with roadmaps, initiative portfolios, and project plans.
- Ability to assess feasibility based on capacity, team availability, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Experience managing dependencies between projects, systems, and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, including Scrum, Kanban, and tailored approaches.
- Ability to conduct synchronization meetings, workshops, and cross-area agreements.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, IT teams, and architecture.
- Competence working with operational data, statuses, risks, and capacity.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Assertiveness, proactivity, and the ability to formulate recommendations and escalate decision topics.
- Ability to work in a complex, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
- High sense of responsibility, end-to-end ownership, and outcome orientation focused on delivering business value.
Obowiązki
- Manage delivery of technology initiatives and projects in a multi-team and multi-system environment.
- Assess feasibility of initiatives and projects regarding capacity, team availability, dependencies, and execution risks.
- Synchronize work of IT teams, cross-system and cross-team projects and initiatives.
- Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies between projects, systems, teams, vendors, and technology partners.
- Remove delivery blockers and escalate issues requiring decisions or priority changes.
- Monitor team workload, resource availability, and impact of changes on delivery plans.
- Verify the impact of change requests, defects, incidents, and priority changes on capacity and delivery schedules.
- Report execution risks, dependencies, constraints, and provide recommendations for initiative realization.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Roadmap Strategist to align roadmap planning with delivery feasibility.
- Cooperate with Project Managers and Product Owners on deployment plans, status updates, dependencies, and risks.
- Collaborate with architecture and technical leaders to identify system and technology dependencies.
- Work with Scrum Masters and teams to improve workflow and team synchronization.
- Prepare decision recommendations on trade-offs at the operational delivery level.
- Co-create and implement delivery management standards, including capacity-driven approach and team synchronization mechanisms.
- Support elimination of delivery silos and build a consistent collaboration model between teams and areas.
