Rossmann is hiring for a project manager role in Łódź, focusing on strategic programs and portfolio management within a business and IT context.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, business-technology projects, or transformation
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, or organizational areas
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and monitoring project/investment portfolios
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and touchpoints between projects, programs, and organizational areas
• Ability to manage project and initiative backlogs effectively, including prioritization, status, ownership, dependencies, and next steps
• Practical knowledge of project lifecycles and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models
• Skills in handling scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, roadmaps, and reporting
• Experience defining and analyzing KPIs and project/portfolio efficiency measures
• Experience preparing project materials, status updates, recommendations, and presentations for managerial and steering committee audiences
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business, IT, and operations with understanding of stakeholder needs
• Very good work organization, proactivity, independence, responsibility, and strong focus on achieving outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Miro, Hadrone, Canva or equivalents

• Lead strategic programs and projects meeting business objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes
• Manage project portfolio including monitoring statuses, priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and initiative backlog
• Identify and manage dependencies among projects, programs, business areas, IT, operations, and external partners
• Support definition of goals, KPIs, results, scope, and key assumptions with alignment to organizational strategy
• Oversee program and project budgets and cost control
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and changes in projects and programs
• Coordinate activities between business, IT, operations, management, and external partners
• Collaborate with multiple executive-level stakeholders
• Monitor roadmap execution, priorities, and initiatives impacting strategic goals
• Analyze project efficiency, monitor metrics, and prepare optimization recommendations
• Support prioritization of projects and initiatives based on business value, risks, effort, dependencies, resources, and organizational impact
• Prepare status reports, decision materials, and recommendations for management, steering committees, and executives
• Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, status reviews, portfolio reviews, and decision sessions
• Ensure updated project documentation and consistency in PMO repository
• Co-create standards for project, program, and portfolio management and strengthen project culture
• Work closely with Analysis and Roadmap section and Implementation and Agile Methods section on planning, synchronization, dependency identification, and effective initiative execution
