Experience in production deployment of GenAI / AI agents (LLM, RAG, multi-agent); practical experience with Google ADK or similar frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen is a plus
Knowledge of GCP, especially Agent Platform (Agent Engine, Vector Search, Pipelines), BigQuery, Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, IAM
Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for GenAI/ML (google-cloud-aiplatform, Google Gen AI SDK, Kubeflow Pipelines)
Understanding of MLOps / AIOps principles and designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Experience creating and deploying Docker images; familiarity with Bash, Helm, and Kubernetes (GKE) is a plus
Awareness of regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR) and LLM security
Communication skills to explain complex architectures to technical and business stakeholders

Design, document, and develop scalable agent platform architecture on GCP emphasizing security, performance, and cost
Extend environment provisioning
Build developer tools for agents: Python ADK templates, Azure DevOps pipelines, Agent Registry with metadata
Implement and develop evaluation and observability layers for agents
Implement RAG using Vertex AI Vector Search and ingestion pipelines
Develop Tool Registry with MCP Servers for Rossmann systems
Maintain existing MLOps platform emphasizing pattern reuse across platforms
Collaborate with Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
