Senior/Regular Promotions Process Specialist (she/he/they)

The position is offered by a company operating in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

• Higher education, preferably in economics
• At least 1 year of work experience in promotion process and promotional data analysis in an FMCG company
• Excellent time management and focus on goals and results
• Logical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (verified during recruitment)
• Communication skills, openness, and willingness to work effectively in teams
• Knowledge of market trends and competition
• Ability to manage promotional budgets
• Communicative level of English

• Interest in the retail industry

• Coordinating the promotion process within established categories and subprocesses
• Generating reports and summaries necessary for shaping the company's promotion policy
• Analyzing the profitability of promotions
• Selecting offers for different channels (e.g., leaflets, application)
• Setting promotional mechanisms to achieve business goals
• Monitoring pricing of promotions and competitor activities
• Implementing new subprocesses
• Implementing and testing improvements to the promotional tool (Lean Promo)
• Collaborating with other company areas (Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Category Management)
