Commercial Business Owner (she/he/they)

The role is in a commercial division focusing on managing selected commercial areas to maximize business value, aligning with the Commercial Division's strategy, and continuously improving operational models supporting sales, margin, and efficiency.

• Experience managing business areas or acting as a business owner.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial mechanisms.
• Experience defining and achieving KPIs and working with data.
• Ability to make business decisions in complex, changing environments.
• Independence, responsibility, and result orientation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business, IT, and product.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, FMCG, ecommerce, consulting, finance, or VC.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Timeliness and responsibility.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Act as the business owner for assigned commercial areas.
• Define goals, KPIs, and development directions based on the Commercial Division's strategy.
• Be responsible for financial results (sales, margin, efficiency).
• Create, implement, and develop business processes supporting commercial objectives.
• Optimize existing processes and tools, identifying automation and improvements.
• Represent business interests to IT, product, and analytics teams.
• Receive and approve deployment results.
• Co-create cross-functional solutions impacting the commercial area.
