• Experience with Baramundi, Intune, and Active Directory environments
• Experience in a similar IT support role

• Knowledge of Mac OS systems

• Provide first-line IT support for main office and field employees
• Receive, resolve, and monitor support tickets using the Jira system
• Prepare new workstations including laptops and mobile phones
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and system failures
• Prepare and verify IT documentation and procedures
• Perform basic IT administrative tasks such as configuring, blocking, and resetting user passwords in Active Directory services
