Product Owner (she/he/they)

Żabka Group operates a product called Cyberstore, a comprehensive platform that supports over 13,000 Żabka stores and thousands of franchisees and their employees by managing store operations from ordering goods to workforce management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or operations/logistics.
• Experience working on complex products involving many business processes, integrations, and diverse user groups.
• Practical experience in Scrum teams with knowledge of Agile principles and effective backlog management.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, including analysis and insight application.
• Ability to collaborate with teams of diverse competencies including developers, designers, and analysts.
• Strong communication skills, ability to engage others, collect, organize, and prioritize needs, and build shared understanding.
• Self-reliant, creative, and ready to take responsibility for the product.

• Manage the product responsible for daily operations of franchisees.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy and goals into team activities.
• Translate product strategy and objectives into specific business needs and decompose them into product backlog tasks.
• Participate in both discovery and delivery teams, engaging in idea testing, hypothesis validation, and implementation of valuable features.
• Work alongside other Product Owners and Managers to ensure user experience consistency and knowledge sharing.
