• Managerial experience in IT/Technology, including team management, building structures, and developing employee competencies.
• Ability to create and execute strategies for system development and technology roadmaps.
• Experience in managing complex development and implementation projects, including priority, resource, and risk management.
• Good knowledge of systems supporting business processes, system integration, process automation, and practical AI applications.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate organizational needs into concrete technological initiatives.
• Experience in managing technological partners and suppliers.
• Communicative English language skills.
• Ability to build partnership relations with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong leadership competencies, independence, decisiveness, and responsibility for results.

• Creating and executing the strategy and roadmap for system development in Grupa Maspex aligned with business needs and technological directions.
• Managing the team, including building an effective structure, setting goals, developing competencies, and taking responsibility for results.
• Managing a portfolio of technological initiatives: identifying business needs, prioritizing, resource planning, and decision-making on project execution.
• Supervising project and implementation execution from concept to full business utilization, ensuring timeliness, quality, and business effects.
• Initiating system development, process automation, and practical AI applications supporting business transformation and efficiency.
• Ensuring quality standards and cooperation with architecture, security, and IT maintenance areas.
• Managing technological partners and suppliers, including selection, participation in negotiations, and enforcing quality and cooperation efficiency.
