Full-Stack Developer (NXJ-215)

The company develops a Mobile Security product that combines protection on mobile devices with backend services supporting centralized security policy management, integrations, and data processing. This infrastructure supports multiple products and enterprise environments, emphasizing security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent software development training
• 1–2 years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, including navigating and modifying large-scale codebases
• Experience working with Unix environments and Bash
• Strong understanding of server-side systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and database interactions
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause investigations
• Familiarity with endpoint security concepts, network security fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and Agile development practices
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical approach
• Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers and internal teams
• Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and urgency in resolving production issues
• Ability to switch effectively between quick fixes and in-depth investigations
• Collaborative approach with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams, maintaining professionalism under pressure

• Own the technical investigation and resolution of complex production challenges in large-scale backend environments
• Modify and enhance large-scale codebase features across Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React architectures
• Direct enterprise issue resolution by translating real-world customer findings into long-term product and system fixes
• Optimize API interactions, data processing routines, and server-side performance across distributed architectures
• Collaborate with global Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams to refine the endpoint security product roadmap
• Utilize advanced debugging, log analysis, and profiling tools to execute root-cause investigations under tight operational constraints
