Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with German

• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Checkmk or equivalents
• Practical experience with AI tools in DevOps: code generation, task automation, documentation
• Understanding of security practices and experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to infrastructure improvement
• German language proficiency at C1 or native level, including understanding Swiss German
• Good command of English (at least B2 level)
• Availability to work onsite in Zurich up to 40% of the time
• Residence in the EU region and work permit

• Designing, maintaining, and developing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes in Azure environment
• Managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Working with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies
• Maintaining monitoring, logging, and observability solutions with Grafana and Checkmk
• Integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines to support secure software delivery
• Utilizing AI tools in daily DevOps tasks including code and script generation, automation, and creating technical documentation
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure reliability, and operational efficiency
• Contributing to Agile delivery processes using SAFe, Scrum, or similar frameworks
• Working onsite in Zurich up to 40% of the time
