Scrum Master (100% zdalnie)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• PSM II certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in at least 3 IT projects or 3 years as Scrum Master in a software product team.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and account for objectives.
• Independence, communication skills, and stress resistance.
• Higher technical education.

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2, SPS, or SAFe certification.

• Support IT teams in applying Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate meetings and improve team collaboration.
• Identify and eliminate project impediments.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and achieving goals.
• Collaborate with development teams, testers, and project managers.
• Promote continuous process improvement.
