Site Reliability Engineer

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, offering technology consultancy, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 4 years experience for Regular level or 6 years for Senior
• Experience in SRE, Production Engineering, DevOps, or related fields
• Experience with production systems requiring high reliability
• Practical experience in incident management and failure analysis
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and Git
• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably Azure, other clouds accepted
• Good knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP, and HTTP
• Experience with LLM/AI tools in production environments
• Very good command of English language at minimum B2 level

• Participation in long-term projects for an international financial sector organization
• Maintaining high availability and reliability of production systems
• Developing solutions aligned with SRE and Production Engineering best practices
• Incident analysis, root cause diagnosis, and resolution of production issues
• Enhancing system fault tolerance and stability
• Working with tools and solutions utilizing LLM/AI
• Collaborating with international teams using Scrum methodology
• Providing services in a 100% remote mode
