- 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.
- Solid understanding of Python fundamentals including OOP, REST API, and Git.

- Passion for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.
- Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to explore how things work.
- Communicative English (written and spoken).
Obowiązki
- Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Collaborate with experienced developers and product managers on production-ready features.
- Work with databases including Supabase and PostgreSQL and tools like Docker.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.
