.NET React Developer (EU public)

Britenet is a European IT company with strong Polish roots, trusted by over 200 business partners worldwide. The project involves development, consulting, and support of IT systems for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency that supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in border management and combating cross-border crime.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum level 6), ICT degree not mandatory
• Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience
• Minimum 3 years in similar projects or roles
• At least 1 advanced software development certification recognized internationally
• Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise web applications using .NET Core / 8, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and React/TypeScript SPA with deployment via Azure DevOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Windows/IIS and container/virtualized platforms (e.g., Nutanix, OpenShift)
• Experience with background-job frameworks (e.g., Hangfire), ASP.NET Core Data Protection, certificate management, security scans (Checkmarx), and penetration test remediation
• Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0/Entra ID, PDF/image processing libraries, document management interfaces
• Experience taking over external contractors’ codebases (code review, technical-debt management, third-line support)
• Experience supporting production systems in large organizations including release management, UAT support, incident analysis
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Experience with complete solution lifecycle
• Expertise in enterprise software development in specified technologies
• Knowledge of UML and application design using it
• Proficient in designing and developing data, business logic, and UI layers
• Experience working in Scrum development
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Ability to document technical solutions effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
