Senior Product Engineer

Talkie.ai builds AI Agents for healthcare, handling patient-clinic communication over voice calls, web chat, and SMS, serving primary care and specialty practices, and hospitals in the US and Poland.

Must have:

• Product ownership with experience shipping and owning products or major features end-to-end.
• Strong architectural experience building maintainable and adaptable software.
• Fullstack TypeScript experience with Node.js backend, React frontend, and MongoDB or another database.
• Experience with cloud services including AWS and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Pulumi.
• Proficiency in AI-native development using coding agents.
• Production experience integrating LLM-powered features with evaluation and trade-off management.
• Awareness of healthcare compliance under SOC2 and HIPAA.
• Ability to design user interactions and clean UI without detailed mockups.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above.

Nice to have:

• Telecom experience with SIP, call routing, or VoIP or willingness to learn and prototype SIP integrations.
• Experience with EHR or other healthcare system integrations and regulated domains.

• Own product features end-to-end: research, refine requirements, propose UI, design architecture, build, ship, and monitor.
• Build backend services and APIs in TypeScript and Node.js, frontend in React, and AWS infrastructure as code.
• Integrate LLMs into the product, designing their use, building evaluations, and managing trade-offs between quality, latency, and cost.
• Integrate with external systems including SIP telephony, call routing, EHR systems, and LLM providers.
• Shape technical and architectural decisions by participating in design discussions and reviewing proposals.
• Mentor other engineers by reviewing designs and code and pairing on complex problems.
• Turn open questions into actionable plans by prototyping and measuring trade-offs.
• Maintain production health by monitoring deployments, reducing alert noise, and fixing performance bottlenecks.

AI-native development:

• Orchestrate multiple coding agents in parallel for implementation, review, investigation, and research.
• Improve the codebase for agent compatibility with clear module boundaries and effective agent instructions.
• Build and maintain reusable skills, commands, and workflows for agent tasks.
• Share effective agent workflows and know when to distrust agent output.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
