Customer & Digital Analyst

Benefit Systems International S.A. operates the MultiSport sport benefits card business in multiple countries including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Turkey. They also run their own fitness club networks in selected countries. The role focuses on analyzing data related to cardholders, clients, members, and clubs, supporting marketing, reporting, and product teams with data insights.

• 2–4 years of experience in product, customer, marketing, or digital analytics; membership, subscription, fitness, or benefits business experience is a plus.
• Very good SQL skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience analyzing customer behaviors such as funnels, retention, churn, and cohorts, and translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience with statistical modeling for predictive purposes using any tool like SAS, Python, or R, including model validation skills.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with the ability to design reports starting from business questions.
• Analytical rigor: verifying numbers with sources, clarifying assumptions, and clearly stating data limitations.
• Communication skills to explain complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.
• Language skills: Polish and English at C1 level.

• Deliver actionable insights about changes, usage, and customer behavior to market and company management.
• Design and build user-focused reporting using tools like Power BI to answer business questions about membership acquisition, usage, and churn.
• Evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness, including lead costs and conversions through the application and websites.
• Develop and maintain predictive models for churn and risk scoring, and translate these into actionable lists and alerts for markets.
• Participate in projects by defining measurement needs, identifying missing data points, and ensuring quality of data implementations.
• Maintain consistency of data definitions in collaboration with data teams, controlling, and markets.
• Support measurement in applications and websites using GA4 and GTM, including developer specifications and quality control.
• Integrate multiple data sources such as data warehouse, GA4, CRM, and Excel files, handling data inconsistencies like key mismatches and time zones.
• Measure initiative impact with before/after tests, cohort comparisons, and business case inputs.
• Assist project teams in building business cases and evaluating implementations.
