Senior UX/UI Designer

Ness Solution is the company offering the position, focusing on development of modern digital user experiences in web and mobile applications.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile applications.
• Practical knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including creating hi-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Experience working with Design Systems and knowledge of Nielsen heuristics and usability principles.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing before and after feature implementation.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess process intuitiveness, and identify user drop-off points.
• Experience collaborating with development and testing teams, including defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards WCAG and ability to design inclusive solutions.
• Knowledge of English language.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics and ability to analyze user behavior.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate cooperation with development teams.
• Experience designing microinteractions and animations enhancing user experience.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology, including facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Experience in mobile app design and developing and maintaining Design Systems.

• Design and develop user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, including hi-fidelity designs for new and evolving functionalities.
• Develop and evolve information architecture for digital solutions.
• Design user interfaces according to UX/UI standards, usability, accessibility principles, and organizational visual identity.
• Develop and maintain the Design System, including component libraries and digital style guides.
• Analyze user needs and recommend improvements in digital processes and channels.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability tests, analyzing results and user feedback.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess process intuitiveness and identify user drop-off points.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and business stakeholders in designing and implementing solutions.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; verify compliance of implemented features with designs and specifications.
• Participate in application testing and support acceptance processes.
• Ensure consistency of user experiences across applications and digital channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor solutions, and UX/UI best practices.
• Prepare graphic materials supporting application development and promotion, including materials for mobile app stores.
• Support initiatives aimed at sales development and customer self-service channels.
