Software Team Leader (Python, AI)

Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, focusing on securing critical infrastructure. The company designs and evolves a unified platform with robust, distributed, cloud-native architectures that provide deep visibility across CPS environments, supporting both cloud and on-prem deployments.

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong track record in Python.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption).
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data.
• Proficiency with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, K8s).
• Experience in the Cybersecurity industry, specifically in Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM).

• Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring integration between IT and OT networks.
• Oversee development of scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures supporting global enterprise scales.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring.
• Promote best practices in code quality, security protocols, and system resilience within the team.
