BMC Helix ITSM Architect - Remote (h/f)

emagine Polska offers a role for an experienced ITSM Architect specializing in BMC Helix to create target ITSM architecture and platform strategy within a global enterprise, collaborating with international teams in Europe and Asia.

• Expert-level knowledge of BMC Helix and ITSM architecture with experience assessing complex, legacy environments
• Strong experience in CMDB design and population strategy including BMC Discovery and third-party tooling
• Expertise in systems integration, environment strategy (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), and ITSM governance
• Experience with BMC license analysis and renewal support discussions
• Practical experience in ITSM automation, shift-left principles, and AI use cases
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable challenging customizations
• Fluent English (B1 level explicitly mentioned); knowledge of French is a plus

• Assess the current ITSM and BMC Helix estate, including technical debt, process gaps, and data quality
• Define a pragmatic, scalable target architecture and a prioritised roadmap
• Set the CMDB strategy, ownership, and governance model
• Review integrations and define target integration principles
• Compare license entitlements with actual usage and advise on optimization
• Identify high-value automation and AI opportunities
• Support transition away from an outgoing supplier by assessing current handled tasks
• Hand over knowledge to an incoming internal architect and technical team
