DevOps / Platform Engineer (Azure, Ansible, Docker)

People More is a technology company working on various projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad. They develop projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation using Azure, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Strong understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes, containerized applications using Docker, and modern CI/CD solutions.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and operating production systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• Structured and proactive approach with a focus on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Very good command of English (C1) and Polish (B2).

• Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management systems supporting multiple environments.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for fast, secure, and predictable software releases.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support engineering teams.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational visibility with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components for system smoothness.
• Apply secure operational practices including secrets management to protect infrastructure and data.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, reliability, and platform experience continuously.
