Senior Full-stack Developer (Vue.js, .NET, AI)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base both in Poland and internationally. They develop projects from scratch or partially, covering UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, collaborating with clients worldwide.

• Senior-level software engineering experience with ability to deliver complex solutions independently.
• Strong frontend expertise with hands-on experience in Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience in .NET and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Regular hands-on use of AI coding and review assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to demonstrate concrete examples of improving productivity and solution quality using AI.
• Ability to assess correctness and security of AI-generated code.
• Experience independently configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive approach, ownership of delivered solutions, and ability to explain technical decisions.
• Very good command of English and Polish languages.

• Design and develop application frontends using Vue.js.
• Develop backend features using .NET supported by AI tools.
• Select technical solutions ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Use AI for coding, refactoring, troubleshooting, and code review.
• Critically review and validate AI-generated code.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines independently.
• Collaborate with the CTO to expand AI integration in development processes.
