Business - System Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business or system analysis, including at least 2 years with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with Dataverse and AI Builder solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including creating agents, adding knowledge sources, and publishing agents in Microsoft Teams
• Ability to model business processes using BPMN 2.0
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Knowledge of REST API, JSON, and basics of system integration
• Familiarity with standard Power Platform connectors and ability to prepare requirements for custom connectors and Graph connectors
• Ability to create analytical documentation, functional specifications, and User Stories
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience in conducting analytical workshops and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems independently, manage priorities, and work in a complex project environment
• Communication skills, proactivity, and focus on achieving business goals

• Experience in banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of governance and security standards in corporate Microsoft Power Platform implementations

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements for projects based on Microsoft Power Platform
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0 and identify possibilities for automation
• Develop functional specifications for solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Analyze requirements for solutions using AI Builder and agents created in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Define requirements for AI agents, including integration of knowledge sources and sharing agents in Microsoft Teams
• Analyze integration with internal banking systems and external solutions through REST API
• Prepare requirements for standard Power Platform connectors and custom connectors including custom connectors and Microsoft Graph connectors
• Prepare analytical documentation, functional specifications, and User Stories
• Conduct analytical workshops and consult with business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and testing teams during design and implementation
• Prepare test scenarios, participate in UAT, and support deployments
• Support defining product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs
• Consider requirements related to security, governance, and corporate standards
• Work in a hybrid model with 8–10 days per month at the office in Warsaw (approx. 2 days per week)
