Senior Business Analyst

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project delivery within a Markets and Securities Services environment.
• Hands-on exposure to data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of Global Market Products, P&L, and valuation concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks and change delivery methodologies preferred.

• Partner with multiple stakeholders to document, test, and deliver analytical solutions.
• Analyse P&L Explain data exceptions, identify root causes, and design process improvements.
• Support Product Control teams by enhancing governance of financial adjustments and data lineage.
• Develop and improve tooling for adjustment visualization and review routines.
• Liaise with Traded Risk and Finance IT on operating model changes and data-sharing processes.
• Provide structured business documentation in compliance with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).
• Engage in testing, validation, and go-live support for new system features.
