Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

RHAELM is the sovereign AI cloud built to accelerate secure AI deployment at scale, combining power and infrastructure pipelines with global capability and local, in-country operations. Headquartered in London, with deployments across Europe and APAC, providing ring-fenced compute, networking, and storage infrastructure alongside a sovereign platform and flexible Bare Metal, Kubernetes, and AI-as-a-Service models. Focused on regulated and mission-critical sectors including Government, Defence, Healthcare, and Financial Services, offering sovereign control over AI infrastructure, platform, and data. The team is growing in Poland with a new hub in Wrocław developing enterprise data solutions using Palantir Foundry, engineering data pipelines, Ontology modeling, custom applications, and dashboards, collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong command of high-level programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Practical React experience using TypeScript, designing robust UI components and managing application state
• Designing clear, intuitive, and usable user interfaces making complex data actionable
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations including authentication, pagination, rate limiting, and error handling
• Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of data modeling principles to work with relational and non-relational datasets
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
• English proficiency of B2+ or higher
• Openness to international travel approximately once per quarter to locations including the UK and Japan

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry
• Experience with integration technologies such as Kafka, MQTT, SOAP, industry protocols
• Consulting or business analysis experience
• Domain exposure to industry, logistics, defence, or public sector

• Connecting Palantir Foundry to external systems including REST APIs, databases, message brokers, and file-based interfaces
• Building, writing, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines from raw ingestion to production-ready datasets
• Modeling business data and creating structured Ontology objects in Foundry to represent real-world entities and relationships
• Building interactive dashboards and analytical tools on top of the modeled data
• Developing custom web applications using React connected to the Foundry Ontology
• Facilitating requirements workshops and mapping business processes to align technical solutions
• Presenting early demos to stakeholders and iterating rapidly based on feedback
