IT Infrastructure Engineer

Flix is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to join on a freelance/service agreement basis (B2B contract) to work on identity, access management, automation, and global infrastructure initiatives. The role involves supporting maintenance and continuous improvement of Flix’s global identity and access management platform aligned with their cloud-focused infrastructure strategy.

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a comparable identity and access management platform.
• Advanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
• At least 3 years of scripting experience, ideally with Python.
• At least 1 year experience with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation and operations.
• Basic experience with APIs and application integration with identity platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
• Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React or related web technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

• Support the maintenance and improvement of Flix’s global identity and access management platform as highly available services.
• Integrate new internal and external applications into Flix’s identity infrastructure including single sign-on solutions.
• Maintain and improve identity and access management services across global cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and implement role-based access control concepts.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead identity and infrastructure projects from concept to implementation.
• Automate infrastructure and identity management tasks using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Consult with internal teams on identity and access management best practices.
• Support highly available internal business services including access management, security, compliance configuration, communication tools, and file-sharing platforms.
• Contribute to the evolution of Flix’s global IT infrastructure and cloud-focused operating model.
• Document technical solutions, automation workflows, operational procedures, and configuration decisions.

Collaboration model:

• Work cooperatively under a service agreement (B2B/freelance contract).
• Operate as an independent contractor responsible for delivering agreed services and invoice submission.

The controller of personal data is Flix Group, processing is based on recruitment purposes under GDPR with mandatory and voluntary data provisions.
