Senior Transformation Manager

The position is within the Transportation / Logistics industry and focuses on managing global IT M&A governance, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience in M&A governance and reporting processes.
• Project management skills for managing complex initiatives.

• Experience with risk management techniques and tools.

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Global IT M&A governance, reporting, and management tools.
• Establish frameworks for prioritization, criticality, readiness, risk, blockers, and progress tracking across M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting and governance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A, integration, carve-out, transformation, and standardization initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across global teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and drive follow-up on actions and risks.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies throughout initiatives.
• Develop and implement reporting, workflow, and automation solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communication efforts.
• Support Global IT standardization initiatives and contribute to best practices.
