Senior Software Engineer – Integrations & Enrich

Cognism Limited is hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on the Integrations & Enrich domain, working on CRM integrations and enrichment workflows to connect Cognism with customers' technology ecosystems. The role involves building backend services integrating with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, supporting enterprise customers.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering skills using Java, Scala, Kotlin, C# or modern TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience building APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processing
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and production support
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM platforms
• Knowledge of event streaming using Kafka
• Experience with ETL or data enrichment pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes experience
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot

• Design and develop backend services supporting CRM integrations and enrichment workflows
• Build scalable APIs enabling secure data exchange between Cognism and customer platforms
• Own software throughout its lifecycle, from design through production operations
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Data Engineering and Platform teams
• Improve integration reliability, synchronization performance and customer experience
• Write high-quality automated tests and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery and quality
