• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of commercial processes, customer service operations, and international trade principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order-related matters.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, back orders, and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain commercial, shipping, and export documentation.
• Support inventory and receivables management activities to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Resolve order, delivery, and customer service issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
