Senior Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery, or enterprise systems implementation.
• Proven record delivering enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, integrations, and global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud technologies, access management, and operational support.
• Experience converting business requirements into technology solutions and evaluating technical proposals.
• Familiarity with automation, low-code, and AI platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, OutSystems, Dify.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and SaaS platform implementations.
• Strong vendor management experience including SOWs, change control, and delivery governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools like Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
• Experience collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Manage multiple technology projects across global and regional teams, defining scope, timelines, resources, governance, and delivery plans.
• Lead projects through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support transition phases.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate governance reviews, procurement, security assessments, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, technology teams, support functions, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee vendor relationships including selection, contract management, statement of work creation, delivery monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present project status updates, highlight key risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security requirements, privacy regulations, and audit expectations.
• Drive business readiness activities such as communications, training, support planning, and go-live preparation.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership:

• Translate business objectives into practical technology solutions.
• Contribute to high-level application, integration, data, security, and operational architecture design.
• Review and validate solution proposals from internal teams and external suppliers.
• Assess feasibility, scalability, cost-effectiveness, security, and supportability of proposed solutions.
• Challenge overly complex designs and promote sustainable, business-focused approaches.
• Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions ensuring governance, risk management, human oversight, and measurable outcomes.
