Test Automation Engineer

Devire IT Outsourcing is a B2B IT specialist cooperation model delivering projects for clients with innovative and modern initiatives. The client is a producer and distributor of media content and streaming.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automated testing
• Higher education, preferably technical fields
• Knowledge of testing principles, techniques, best practices, test types, and tools
• Very good knowledge of programming languages Java and TypeScript
• Very good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST Assured, Allure Report, Jenkins, Maven, Playwright
• Very good knowledge of version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, GitLab
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of testing support tools: JIRA, Confluence, SQL Developer, SoapUI/Postman, Excel
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English language proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and professional communication

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AWS, Datadog, Appium
• ISTQB certification

• Prepare automated test scripts based on provided documentation or team information
• Analyze and prepare data needed to execute automated tests according to scenarios
• Execute automated tests and report results following established procedures
• Analyze test reports and report defects as per defined process
• Develop and maintain existing automated test scripts and CI/CD process configurations
• Configure automated test execution environments
• Implement and develop new methods, methodologies, and tools to support testing processes
• Create and update automated test documentation in the electronic Knowledge Base
