Senior PHP Fullstack Developer

The position is in a team responsible for the development and maintenance of key IT systems within a governmental organization.

• Minimum 7 years experience programming in PHP (version 7 or newer).
• Minimum 5 years experience using Git/GitLab or involvement in at least 5 projects with these tools.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Symfony 4+ or completion of at least 7 projects using this framework.
• Minimum 4 years experience with API Platform or completion of at least 5 projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience creating applications with React.js or involvement in at least 7 projects.
• Experience with unit testing in PHP (preferably PHPUnit) for at least 5 years or at least 7 projects.
• Experience with unit testing for React.js (preferably Jest or testing libraries) for at least 4 years or 5 projects.
• Good knowledge of GitLab CI and code quality analysis tools in CI processes (minimum 3 years or 5 projects).
• At least 1 year experience with GitLab CI/CD Components.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Docker and Docker Compose or involvement in at least 5 projects.
• Minimum 2 years programming experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, and Argo or 3 projects.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Grafana programming or 3 projects.
• Minimum 2 years experience with RabbitMQ or 3 projects.
• Minimum 3 years experience writing tests with Behat or 5 projects.
• At least 1 year experience with TypeScript or 3 projects.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies Material UI and Vite (minimum 2 years or 3 projects).
• Experience testing web applications using Playwright (UI/E2E) for at least 1 year or 2 projects.
• Experience working with Monorepo architecture using Turborepo and package manager pnpm for at least 1 year or 2 projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain software for the organization.
• Create and update technical documentation of developed applications.
• Propose and implement improvements in software development, tools, and processes.
• Participate in project meetings and workgroups as a technical consultant.
• Ensure code quality by applying best programming practices, automated tests, and CI/CD solutions.
