• Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation, or related technical field
• Several years of experience in laboratory testing domain for hardware, embedded, or electronics products
• Strong understanding of electronics and hardware systems, RF fundamentals, and sub-GHz communication systems
• Hands-on experience with RF and laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and EMC equipment
• Hardware-level debugging and measurement techniques
• Experience in performance and robustness testing
• Knowledge of QA processes, methods, and tools with practical application
• Ability to analyze complex behaviors using logs, traces, and measurements
• Analytical and data-driven approach to testing and reporting
• Good command of English (writing and speech)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of EN 61000, EN 50130-4, EN 50130-5 testing procedures
• Experience in intrusion detection and security systems domain
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence

• Execute and coordinate pre-certification testing for EMC, LVD, Environmental, RF performance, and EN50131 compliance readiness
• Operate and support laboratory environments including EMC chambers and RF setups
• Prepare test setups and validate products for formal certification campaigns
• Perform RF measurements and analysis including range, sensitivity, and interference scenarios
• Validate sensor and control unit behavior under real-world and edge conditions
• Analyze power consumption, battery behavior, and hardware reliability
• Troubleshoot issues using laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Translate product and system requirements into comprehensive lab test scenarios
• Design structured test plans and validation strategies aligned with standards and risks
• Execute fault condition, stress, and robustness tests across hardware and communication layers
• Prepare test reports, certification evidence, and traceable documentation
• Collaborate closely with compliance team, product management, and R&D engineers
• Support development of test setups and potential automation frameworks
• Improve lab processes, methodologies, and repeatability of tests
