Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile role (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Basic understanding of the SAFe framework.
- Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows.
- Practical experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
- Open-mindedness, creativity, and a growth mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage teams.
- Strategic mindset with a drive for innovation.
- Customer-service orientation and proactive, assertive approach.
- Fluency in business English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice weekly or relocate.
- Readiness for occasional international travel.
Nice to have:
- Experience in globally distributed, cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks.
- Background in organizational change management or Agile transformations.

- Provide sustainable support and coaching to one or more agile teams.
- Create an environment that supports continuous improvement and high performance.
- Help teams focus on delivering valuable increments meeting the Definition of Done.
- Facilitate Agile practices and tools, including workshops and scaling patterns.
- Coach teams on Scrum values and Agile principles.
- Help remove impediments and unblock team progress.
- Recognize team dynamics and apply team-building models to improve collaboration.
- Establish a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.
- Support product management and teams through organizational changes.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
- Lead or contribute to special initiatives as needed.
