Security Lead

The role is within the Financial Crime Operations team, which focuses on preventing financial crime and maintaining trust.

• Fluency in English (C1 level) and Hungarian
• University or college degree
• At least 1 year experience in classified information management in Hungary
• Familiarity with Hungarian classified information regulations and National Security Authority (NBF) processes
• At least 1 year experience managing a team of agents
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates sound judgement
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Completion of the TÜK exam
• Personal security certificate (PSC) in Hungary or prior national security vetting
• Experience interacting with Hungary's NBF and other national security authorities
• Experience setting up classified information handling processes at new organisations in Hungary

• Leading classified-information handling processes and ensuring legal compliance
• Overseeing personnel, physical, administrative, and electronic security measures for classified information
• Conducting annual compliance checks of classified information handling
• Preparing and submitting all required annual reports to relevant authorities
• Managing TÜK agents responsible for handling classified information requests
• Acting as designated contact person for state bodies and agencies
• Leading bereavement agents to support inheritance processes
• Managing daily employee performance ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Overseeing management of physical and digital documents, especially uncategorized communications
• Managing local physical office environment with Facilities team support
