Automation Tester

• At least 3 years of system testing experience in a software release environment.
• Strong understanding of testing processes from technical and business perspectives.
• Good knowledge of the development lifecycle and the testing role.
• Experience with defect tracking and version control.
• Awareness of Agile development and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Java, Rest Assure).
• Experience with load testing tools (JMeter).
• ISTQB testing certification.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android).

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated pro-activity in capitalizing on opportunities and resolving issues.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Graylog.

• Creating test plans, test specifications, and test reports.
• Testing web-based applications.
• Using defect tracking systems and version control systems.
• Planning and managing time for engagements/releases.
• Investigating problems and defects to aid developers.
• Working with multiple concurrent projects and adapting to changes.
• Using automation software like Selenium.
• Using load testing software like JMeter.
