The position is part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, specifically the CFO&EV Process Innovation Lab, focusing on digital process reinvention using big data, digital tools, and artificial intelligence. The team is multinational and cross-cultural with locations in Poland including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk.
Wymagania
- Strong analytical acumen.
- Technical aptitude in SQL and/or Python/Pandas.
- Experience in quality management in software including code reviews and testing.
- Technical knowledge of at least one process management or robotic process automation tool (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Aris, UI Path, Automation Anywhere).
- Knowledge of at least one transactional source system such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Highradius.
- Ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Effective storytelling skills using PowerPoint and oral communication.
- Proactive ownership and responsibility for project goals.
- Experience communicating with business stakeholders including gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and presenting analysis results.
- Attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- At least 1 year experience in professional services or consulting.
- Experience using tools and frameworks for GenAI and Agentic AI deployments including crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g., P2P or O2C).

- Advise clients on implementing AI frameworks including Accenture AI Refinery, crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proactively interact with client stakeholders to gather business context and ensure successful project delivery.
- Present tangible business benefits of the work to clients.
- Contribute to internal projects to advance team strategic goals.
- Travel and work closely with clients in their offices across Europe as needed.
