Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Proficient German (written and spoken); Italian and French are appreciated.
- 2–3 years’ experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Dealer/importer operations in sales, digital marketing, aftersales, CRM, CX.
- Agency/direct sales model transformation.
- B2B sales and leasing company cooperation.
- Automotive financial services.
- Service management (aftermarket/spare parts).
- Dealer coaching and training.
- Product management including software-defined vehicle and connected solutions.
- Electromobility.
- Fleet management (logistics, public transportation, mobility services).
- Consulting and/or complex project delivery experience is a strong plus.
Obowiązki
- Co-create strategies and define operating models to modernize sales, after-sales, and customer experiences at Automotive OEMs.
- Set up, pilot, and scale new programs such as agency sales and e-mobility offerings using agile delivery and best-practice frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional Accenture teams, including Applied Intelligence and Technology Strategy & Advisory, to deliver integrated business and technology solutions.
