Management Consulting Internship Program (He/She/They)

Accenture’s Consulting & Strategy specializes in modeling modern business processes amidst digital transformation, creating strategies, and implementing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Magento. The internship offers a unique opportunity to work on projects for clients from Poland and internationally across various sectors including banking and finance, transport and infrastructure, energy, and industry.

• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Polish.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience creating presentations, reports, or business materials.
• Ability to analyze data and business processes (knowledge of BPMN is a plus).
• Strong interest in technology consulting, digital transformation, and business processes.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/data visualization tools.
• Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, or process improvement projects.
• Participation in student organizations, consulting clubs, or case study competitions.

• Design business processes or solutions supporting clients and configure systems per client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including test scenarios and manual system testing.
• Develop presentations and training materials for end users and support business process mapping and modeling.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and IT teams, assisting analysts and consultants in daily project activities.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to acquire knowledge and improve skills.
