Industry X – PLM Manager (GN)

• In-depth understanding of Product Data Management including defining PLM Roadmap, Process Design, Value Realization, and PLM Maturity Assessment
• Experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools
• Experience with PLM, BOM, ALM, Master Data Management, Digital Twin and Thread
• Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations, and end-to-end Engineering Transformations
• Preferred experience with SAP PLM, Dassault, or Siemens technologies
• Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies such as Windchill, Oracle Agile, ARAS
• Proven experience leading complex PLM Solution Design across multiple industries
• Experience managing Engineering teams
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, innovative environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support assumptions and develop business cases
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others

Project Delivery:

• Lead Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive innovation and process enablement
• Lead and curate assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin and Thread
• Develop and execute Go to Market strategies in collaboration with leadership
• Enable transformation in R&D through PLM capabilities, creating business processes for Product/Package design, BOM Management, Recipe/Specification Management, Engineering Change Management, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, and Supplier Integration
• Accelerate digital transformation and deploy digital vision for clients via AI-led solutions and smarter go-to-market strategies
• Co-develop use cases and solutions with business teams

Practice Development:

• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities
• Support management in business development, estimation, and work breakdown

People Development:

• Manage and mentor teams of consultants and analysts
• Provide input into talent strategy and actively participate in engagement and capability development activities
• Contribute to the growth and development of Accenture’s Digital Engineering and R&D offering, supporting recruitment, training, and coaching
