Wymagania
- Experience working in PLM, BOM, ALM, Master Data Management, and Digital Twin and Thread domains
- In-depth understanding of Product Data Management and skills in defining PLM Roadmaps, Process Design, Value Realization, and PLM Maturity Assessment
- Experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools
- Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution Designing, Data Governance, and Digital Transformations
- Familiarity with PLM packages/technologies such as SAP PLM, Dassault, Siemens, Windchill, Oracle Agile, and ARAS

- Willingness and ability to work at client locations across Europe
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural and international environment
Obowiązki
- Lead Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive innovation and process enablement
- Lead and curate assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin and Thread
- Develop and execute Go To Market strategies for PLM-related services
- Enable R&D transformation using PLM capabilities including process design for Package/Product design, Bill of Material Management, Recipe/Specification Management, Engineering Change Management, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing, and supplier integration
- Collaborate closely with clients, with willingness to travel and work onsite mostly across Europe
