Industry X – Product & Platform Engineering Analyst / Consultant ( GN )

The role is within the Industry X team, which drives innovation in manufacturing and industrial transformation using digital technologies. The Global Network (GN) is part of the Europe Strategy & Consulting practice with locations in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk serving clients internationally.

• Experience in Manufacturing Industry and understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• 2+ years (Analyst) or 4+ years (Consultant) in technology product management, software engineering, or solution design.
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean practices such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Proven ability to deliver engagement programs and stakeholder messaging.
• Strong client-handling skills.
• Experience in platform strategy, value management, or market assessment.
• Ability to define and manage platform value realization frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team building and leadership skills.
• Experience working in multicultural, global environments.
• Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, CSPO, PSM, CDA, PMI-ACP, or PMP are advantageous.
• Experience or interest in applying Gen AI to business problems.
• Strong skills in platform and software development, cloud enablement, platform design, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including Gen AI, Edge Platforms, and digital workflow automation is a plus.
• Skills in market analysis, product strategy, and feature prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, or French are a plus.
• Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, advantage if experienced with AI-driven insights.

• Play a key role in developing cutting-edge digital solutions across industries.
