Change Management Consultant (ICH EUROPE)

The Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) is part of the Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, consisting of multinational and cross-cultural professionals based at key locations across Europe, including Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk). ICH focuses on delivering transformation projects involving Change Management, Communications, and Trainings for large-scale international clients.

• Minimum bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional experience
• Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support, and business readiness
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good level of another EU foreign language such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a strong asset
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication competencies
• Proven ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Nice to have:

• Additional EU foreign languages beyond English

• Participate in Change Management workstreams during large transformation projects
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
• Develop Change Management plans including communication and training plans
• Design and execute communications to reach impacted users
• Plan and coordinate trainings to prepare and train users
• Measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness
• Support people and organizations in adoption of change, new tools, or new ways of working
